These terms apply to the digitalbeans.in website and to the design, marketing, branding and printing services we provide.
Quotes and estimates
Prices quoted on this website are indicative. A binding quote is issued in writing after we understand the scope of your project, and holds for 30 days.
Project scope and revisions
Every engagement begins with an agreed scope. Rounds of revision are stated in the quote; work beyond the agreed scope is estimated separately before it begins.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin on receipt of an advance and the balance falls due on delivery. Invoices are payable within 15 days.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the final approved deliverables transfer to you. Working files, unused concepts and third-party assets remain with us or their respective licensors.
Portfolio rights
We may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
